 Here is the boring legal stuff that no one likes to read.  If you happen on this page and are actually reading these terms and conditions, this should be a signal to you that we are not an ordinary lawyers.  While we take our work very seriously and are pretty good at it, we do not like to take ourselves too seriously. Hey, lawyers are people too. So – here we go!  It should be pretty obvious but when the word “you” or “client” or “your” is used, that means YOU.  When the word “us” or “company” or “we” it means the Law Office of Christine Caspers.  Obviously..  It should be self-explanatory but most lawyers like to include stuff in quotes so we can play along and do the same.  
Privacy Statement.   We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will never sell, lease, give away or provide to others any contact information left on the website.  Privacy is good. We like privacy.  
No One Under 18 Please.  If you are using this website and soliciting information from the Law Office of Christine Caspers, you are representing that you are over the age of 18.  We are not sure why someone under the age of 18 might want retain us but if so, go have your parents make the contact.

Availability  Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the United States. All advertising is intended solely for the United States market. Christine Caspers is licensed in Minnesota.  If you need a lawyer licensed in a different state, contact us anyway and we should be able to work with local counsel to assist you.  Or if you happen to be in a tropical climate during the months of November-April, we would be happy to make a client visit. While we can't represent you in Grand Cayman, we are willing to make the trip. We are that selfless.

Especially in the winter with several feet of snow on the ground and temperatures well below zero. Go ahead, try us.

If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that changes have been made either on our home page or on other key pages.
